Who handles your data
The data controller is TOPSERUS, SLU, whose details appear above. For anything relating to your data, write to us at the contact email address.
What we collect
From the quote form: your name, phone number, the service you are interested in and the message you write.
From the appointment request form: as well as your name and phone number, your email and address if you give them, the day and time you request, the duration and the description of the job.
We collect no specially protected data, and we ask for nothing we do not need in order to help you.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare a quote, arrange the visit or appointment and, if you hire us, manage the work.
We do not use your data to send you advertising unless you have asked for it, and we do not pass it on or sell it to anyone for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis
With your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and in order to take steps prior to a possible contract that you yourself have requested.
You can withdraw that consent whenever you like, without affecting anything we have already done beforehand.
How long we keep it
If we never end up working together, we delete your enquiry after one year.
If you hire our services, we keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as Andorran accounting and tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with the technical providers we need to run the website and email (site hosting and the email delivery service), who act on our instructions.
And with the authorities or the courts where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and provide a portable copy.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the contact address saying what you want. We will reply as soon as we can.
If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you trust us with, and restrict access to the people in the company who need it to help you.
