Is there a charge for the visit and the quote?
No. We travel to any parish in Andorra, assess the work and give you a detailed quote at no cost and with no obligation.
How long does the quote take?
We reply to your enquiry within 24 working hours and arrange the site visit. After the visit, you receive the detailed quote within 3 to 5 days.
Is the quoted price fixed?
Yes. We work with fixed quotes broken down by item. It only changes if you decide to add work, or if something hidden and unforeseen turns up on site — in which case we tell you and agree it with you before carrying it out.
What guarantee comes with the work?
All our work comes with a written guarantee, and we hold public liability insurance. At handover we do a final walkthrough with you to go over any details.
Do you work with residential buildings, hotels and property managers?
Yes. It is a significant part of what we do. We offer annual maintenance contracts with agreed terms and response times, plus emergency call-out cover.
Can I book just one service, without any building work?
Of course. You can hire us purely for marble polishing, post-construction cleaning or maintenance, even if the renovation was carried out by another company.
